The arbitration will take place in a venue chosen by Kitchenyumhub, and the award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the disclosure of confidential or proprietary information or to enforce these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

8. Modifications to the Terms

Kitchenyumhub reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision constitutes a material change, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Site or by email.
